Everyday, I work with the broken hearted. My work has helped thousands of people – both men and women, divorced or dating, single or coupled and everything in between. I’ve helped celebrities to Fortune 500 executives work through relationship challenges and create healthy love. While each person’s story and situation is unique, there are similar patterns that I see across the board, and offer tools that can help create positive impact.
Create healthy relationship patterns
Whether you’re single and looking for love, or in a relationship and wanting to connect with your partner, it’s important we create awareness of existing patterns and beliefs that are blocking you from creating the relationship outcomes you desire. Together, we’ll unpack that and work on shifting patterns for lasting change.
By the end of our time together, you’ll have actionable steps to create change. Sessions are private, one-on-one and can be done via Zoom video, or phone call (your choice). Your first session is one hour, and follow up sessions are 45 minutes each.
Do NOT work with me if…
If you are in a stage where you are stuck in victim mentality, I am not the right choice for you right now. While I have compassion for whatever stage you are at, I am most effective and impactful working with people who are eager to do the work, take accountability for their part in creating change, and willing to take action to move forward.
My approach is tough love, and this isn’t for everybody. If it will be too triggering to hear direct, honest feedback, I suggest you do not work with me and I’d be happy to suggest other resources for you.

I only work with people who are committed to doing the work. My approach is honest, direct and practical. I focus on identifying the root of the issue, and provide guidance on how to move forward.
