TESTIMONIALS
FAQ
I’m still in a relationship, will I benefit from coming?
You absolutely can. In fact, approximately 30% of the participants who come to Renew are in on-again, off-again relationships. Many of these women are stuck in the gray zone, struggling with self-doubt, anxiety about the future, and fear of making the wrong decision.
If you’ve arrived on this page, there’s a good chance you’re feeling the exact same way.
Renew helps these women reconnect to their intuition, providing the skills and strength they need to heal — or, in many cases, leave their unhealthy relationship. Some have even taken breaks, rewritten their stories, and returned to their relationships equipped with the empowerment and sense of self they need to forge a totally new experience with their partner.
The retreat is not about the person you are dating or your ex. It’s about YOU. The common denominator in your experiences is you – and our team helps you discover the wounds, subconscious patterns and limiting beliefs that stop you from creating the life and love you truly desire.
Am I too old or too young to come?
23? 72? No sweat. We’ve seen it all before – and your age doesn’t matter. Your desire to create change for yourself does.
We’ve built a community that attracts women from all places, all age groups, and all walks of life, and they all have one thing in common – they believe in a better future.
A breakup is often a great catalyst for change and causes people to re-evaluate what’s working and what’s not. Once you’ve decided you want to move forward, the team at Renew can provide the tools and guidance you need to make that happen.
Don’t ask if you’re too young or too old, ask yourself if you’re tired of living in a cycle of hurt and want to create positive change in your life. That’s all you really need to know.
Will I be healed after one weekend?
Anything that promises to be a quick fix to transformation or enlightenment is a lie.
Renew’s team of facilitators are the best of the best in their areas of expertise and as such will never offer you magic-wand or snake-oil solutions.
Instead, we will guide you through a process of healing, providing effective tools rooted in science, psychology and spirituality. With these tools, you will begin to emotionally regulate, reframe and rewire – but that’s a lifelong journey.
Our intention is to enable you to experience an adventure of self-discovery in a safe and nurturing environment, and set you on a path of perpetual growth and empowerment that will change your life for good.
Do I need to attend each day of the bootcamp?
In order to attend the Renew Breakup Bootcamp, you must be able to commit to attending all days and all sessions. It’s important to experience the program in its entirety for maximum impact, and to create a sense of accountability within our groups.
When/where is the next bootcamp?
Our next bootcamp will take place April 21-24, 2023 in California (closest airports are SFO or Sonoma County). We will have a transportation add on option if you need a ride from San Francisco. Please checkout our bootcamp page for more details or to book your ticket.
Is there support after the retreat?
After the retreat, you will have access to a private Facebook group for the Renew community and a Whatsapp group made specifically for the women who attend your retreat.
Many attendees also choose to continue with group mentorship or private sessions.
I go to therapy already. Should I bother coming to Renew?
You will find that Renew is impactful because you are completely immersed in a variety of healing modalities. This is very different from talking to a therapist on a weekly, bi-weekly, or once-in-a-while basis.
That said, Renew is not a replacement for therapy, training, or prescribed medication. It should instead be seen as complementary to systems you already have in place.
Do you offer financial assistance?
If you would like to take advantage of our services but are struggling financially, please contact us. We will do what we can to help.
Do you offer a retreat for men?
Our retreats are for all gender identities.
Does my sexual orientation matter?
We welcome women, men and non-binary folks of any sexual orientation.
Is the bootcamp private?
Everyone who comes to Renew must sign a privacy agreement prior to arrival. Participants are not allowed to record any of the sessions or disclose any private details shared during the process.
Can I send a friend?
Many people have gifted the Renew retreat to a friend or family member. Each participant must go through the application process which requires a call with a member of the Renew team.
What if I’m an introvert?
While you will be in group sessions, you can choose how much you want to add your voice or not.
I’m feeling scared about attending. Is this normal?
For many, the most difficult part of a breakup is not the end of a relationship, but the end of a longstanding pattern. The biggest decision you will make is the commitment to change – and it’s completely normal for you to feel fear about that.
Human beings like what is familiar – even if familiar hurts. The unknown can feel so overwhelming or scary that it can keep us stuck in places that don’t serve us. Know that this is a mental trap, and that growth occurs outside of your comfort zone.
If you’re not getting the results you want with your current approach, then it’s time to try something new.
It’s okay to feel fear, but that fear doesn’t own you. You get to choose.
What is the application process?
To apply for the Renew Breakup Bootcamp in-person retreat, please set up a call with our team.
This application process comes with a one-time, non-refundable $10 fee, and is designed to ensure that the folks who attend our retreat are invested, committed and can work well within a group dynamic.
This is a big step and a big process. It’s important we focus on those who are ready for it.
What is your refund policy?
All sales are final with no exceptions. This is our policy and we will not make any exceptions. If you get COVID before the retreat, we will require documentation of test results and a doctor’s note and you’ll receive a credit to use for the next retreat.
To reiterate – if you get back with your ex, if your schedule changes – we do not offer any refunds under any circumstances. If this policy does not work with you, please do not book the retreat.
What is your COVID policy?
As of now, our COVID policy is that everyone participating at the bootcamp is required to show proof of a negative COVID test taken within 72 hours of arrival. All test types are accepted at this time. Including and not limited to PCR, proctored Rapid Antigen tests and take home tests.
All guests are required to test prior to arrival regardless of vaccination status.
In accordance with State and CDC guidelines, masking is optional at this time.
Most importantly, if you feel sick, do not come.
Our policy is subject to change with the availability of new information.
How do I get to the retreat?
You are responsible for getting yourself to and from the retreat. We can help coordinate round-trip transportation for $250 for a round-trip shuttle from downtown SF.
