TESTIMONIALS

“Renew allowed me to understand the overlapping of grief that lies within all apsects of life. It allowed me to tap into deep places in my subconscious that I had no idea existed. I experienced multiple breakthroughs during the retreat and most of all, we cultivated connection. I left feeling empowered with these new sisters; we all knew we would each get through out situations; that we were in fact all equals and all yearning for the same love we desire.”
Mercedes, California
“I had gone into the weekend skeptical considering the months of therapy I had done post-breakup. However, Renew exceeded all my expectations. Gathering with other professional women who were going through similar pain enabled collective healing. The workshops with healers, psychologists, and neuroscientists led to breakthroughs and increased self-awareness and an infinite amount of release and healing. The breakthroughs continue long after, Renew is just the beginning to showing your highest potential. It is a portal to your transformation.”
Emily
The most helpful thing – beyond getting away – was hearing other people’s stories. It was different than talking to a girlfriend or family member. There was something about meeting a stranger who has dealt with the same thing I had that was incredibly comforting.”
Taylor
“At Renew, I got to meet women from all kinds of background and experiences and was able to experience a deep connection to the human mind. Knowing I wasn’t alone in experiencing some of the things I did, gave me a fresh perspective and almost a sense of relief, I felt like I was now part of something bigger and that I wasn’t alone.
Puneet, Vancouver
Renew changed my life! Amy and her team led us through workshops which were healing and transforming. A sisterhood was formed as we bonded over our similar pain. I know I’ll continue to grow and heal thanks to my increase in self-awareness. I let go of a part of myself during bootcamp that no longer served my greater good. I like to think that if my future self could talk to me she would say “Thank you Minda, I love you so much for giving US the gift of Renew, well done.”
Minda, Dallas
“I gained both hands-on tools for connection to self and others in an intellectual understanding of some of the big whys behind my relationship patterns, my self concept and lingering attachment to my ex… Not to mention an entourage of support after the retreat ends. Amy Chan’s method in overcoming the cycle of unhealthy relationship patterns encourages awareness, promotes the manifestation of self love and resets attendees ability to increase an abundance of happiness.”
Neda
“This Retreat helped me commit to myself again. I had so much learning to do about myself after 10 years of partnership ended. Even after much personal processing, therapy and groups, this retreat helped me re-learn that, though not instantaneous, change is possible and tangible. I can commit to myself and practice authenticity, connection, gratitude and personal awareness and feel it become more of who I am on a daily basis.”
Angela
“After being divorced for 14 years, I wasn’t sure how Renew Breakup Bootcamp would help me at this point since it was not a resent breakup. I have peace in my heart, joy for myself, and I’m able to look back on my 20+ year marriage without the pain and hurt I felt before attending the Bootcamp. I can’t express the contentment I feel by not having those feelings weighing down on me.”
Eleanor
“If you’ve lost your “other half,” Renew is the place to go. But I learned quickly there that I’m a completely whole person all on my own. This bootcamp taught me how to access my inner strength in order to repair the most important relationship of all: the relationship I have to myself. The takeaways from Renew are life changing, and the experience is one that I’ll never forget.”

I’m still in a relationship, will I benefit from coming?

You absolutely can. In fact, approximately 30% of the participants who come to Renew are in on-again, off-again relationships. Many of these women are stuck in the gray zone, struggling with self-doubt, anxiety about the future, and fear of making the wrong decision.

If you’ve arrived on this page, there’s a good chance you’re feeling the exact same way.

Renew helps these women reconnect to their intuition, providing the skills and strength they need to heal — or, in many cases, leave their unhealthy relationship. Some have even taken breaks, rewritten their stories, and returned to their relationships equipped with the empowerment and sense of self they need to forge a totally new experience with their partner.

The retreat is not about the person you are dating or your ex. It’s about YOU. The common denominator in your experiences is you – and our team helps you discover the wounds, subconscious patterns and limiting beliefs that stop you from creating the life and love you truly desire.

Am I too old or too young to come?

23? 72? No sweat. We’ve seen it all before – and your age doesn’t matter. Your desire to create change for yourself does.

We’ve built a community that attracts women from all places, all age groups, and all walks of life, and they all have one thing in common – they believe in a better future.

A breakup is often a great catalyst for change and causes people to re-evaluate what’s working and what’s not. Once you’ve decided you want to move forward, the team at Renew can provide the tools and guidance you need to make that happen.

Don’t ask if you’re too young or too old, ask yourself if you’re tired of living in a cycle of hurt and want to create positive change in your life. That’s all you really need to know.

Will I be healed after one weekend?

Anything that promises to be a quick fix to transformation or enlightenment is a lie.

Renew’s team of facilitators are the best of the best in their areas of expertise and as such will never offer you magic-wand or snake-oil solutions.

Instead, we will guide you through a process of healing, providing effective tools rooted in science, psychology and spirituality. With these tools, you will begin to emotionally regulate, reframe and rewire – but that’s a lifelong journey.

Our intention is to enable you to experience an adventure of self-discovery in a safe and nurturing environment, and set you on a path of perpetual growth and empowerment that will change your life for good.

Do I need to attend each day of the bootcamp?

In order to attend the Renew Breakup Bootcamp, you must be able to commit to attending all days and all sessions. It’s important to experience the program in its entirety for maximum impact, and to create a sense of accountability within our groups.

When/where is the next bootcamp?

Our next bootcamp will take place Nov. 11 – 14 in California (closest airports are SFO or Sonoma County). We will have a transportation add on option if you need a ride from San Francisco. Please checkout our bootcamp page for more details or to book your ticket.

Is there support after the retreat?

After the retreat, you will have access to a private Facebook group for the Renew community and a Whatsapp group made specifically for the women who attend your retreat.

Many attendees also choose to continue with group mentorship or private sessions.

I go to therapy already. Should I bother coming to Renew?

You will find that Renew is impactful because you are completely immersed in a variety of healing modalities. This is very different from talking to a therapist on a weekly, bi-weekly, or once-in-a-while basis.

That said, Renew is not a replacement for therapy, training, or prescribed medication. It should instead be seen as complementary to systems you already have in place.

Do you offer financial assistance?

If you would like to take advantage of our services but are struggling financially, please contact us. We will do what we can to help.

Do you offer a retreat for men?

Our November 2022 in-person retreat is for all gender identities.

Does my sexual orientation matter?

We welcome women, men and non-binary folks of any sexual orientation.

Is the bootcamp private?

Everyone who comes to Renew must sign a privacy agreement prior to arrival. Participants are not allowed to record any of the sessions or disclose any private details shared during the process.

Can I send a friend?

Many people have gifted the Renew retreat to a friend or family member. Each participant must go through the application process which requires a call with a member of the Renew team.

Are there private sessions?

Private sessions are available at an additional cost.

I’m feeling scared about attending. Is this normal?

For many, the most difficult part of a breakup is not the end of a relationship, but the end of a longstanding pattern. The biggest decision you will make is the commitment to change – and it’s completely normal for you to feel fear about that.

Human beings like what is familiar – even if familiar hurts. The unknown can feel so overwhelming or scary that it can keep us stuck in places that don’t serve us. Know that this is a mental trap, and that growth occurs outside of your comfort zone.

If you’re not getting the results you want with your current approach, then it’s time to try something new.

It’s okay to feel fear, but that fear doesn’t own you. You get to choose.

What is the application process?

To apply for the Renew Breakup Bootcamp in-person retreat, please set up a call with our team.

This application process comes with a one-time, non-refundable $10 fee, and is designed to ensure that the folks who attend our retreat are invested, committed and can work well within a group dynamic.

This is a big step and a big process. It’s important we focus on those who are ready for it.

What is your refund policy?

All sales are final with no exceptions. This is our policy and we will not make any exceptions. If you get COVID before the retreat, we will require documentation of test results and a doctor’s note and you’ll receive a credit to use for the next retreat.

To reiterate – if you get back with your ex, if your schedule changes – we do not offer any refunds under any circumstances. If this policy does not work with you, please do not book the retreat.

What is your COVID policy?

If you feel COVID symptoms or get COVID before the retreat and are in the window of contagion, you MUST let us know and you will not be able to attend. Knowingly having COVID and attending will be a violation of the agreement you sign before coming and grounds for legal action.

How do I get to the retreat?

You. are responsible. for getting yourself to and from the retreat. We can help coordinate round-trip transportation from San Francisco for an additional fee.
