- What's included? Your ticket includes all programming, three nights of lodging on the property, and all meals cooked by our on-site chef.
- Should I reserve now even if I'm not sure I'll go? Yes. Every retreat sells out and rooms are reserved on a first-come basis. Your deposit is refundable up until 24 hours after your intake call (minus a $15 credit card processing fee).
- What should I expect? This program is a multi-day intensive designed to interrupt old patterns. Some days will be 12 hours long but the environment will be comfortable and your meals will be provided for. You should expect to leave with a new understanding of past relationships, tools to heal and grow, and a clear vision for how to move forward, including strategies to create healthy love.
- Is this co-ed? This is a co-ed program. We welcome men, women, all identities and preferences. What we teach applies to everyone universally.
- What happens next? After you pay the deposit, you'll receive email instructions to schedule your intake call with Amy. We require every attendee to go through a brief intake call to determine if this Bootcamp is right for you. Then you'll be given a booking link for your room choice. Reserve quickly to ensure that your first choice can be accommodated.
